Last night, the new alliance between Economic Development Partners and the Madison Indiana Chamber of Commerce released its new website. This web portal, along with their new logo, signals a new cooperative direction for these groups.

At this point, the site offers basic information about these local groups. It also highlights the benefits of locating or expanding a business in Madison, Indiana. Over time, the new site will consolidate the information on several other pages operated by the new alliance.
Clearly, the look of the new website is an upgrade. I am concerned about the rough edges, including several pages that are still not complete. But overall, this step gives Madison a better public presentation for potential businesses.
